To see how quickly an item could be delivered to you, simply select the size you'd like to order and you will see the estimated timescale for that item

The delivery time is also shown for each item when you get to your shopping bag. Just to mention these timescales are based on deliveries within the UK taking 2-5 working days at most.

We post all orders to addresses outside of the UK by First Class Air Mail or courier. This means order to Europe should be there within 7-10 working days from when the parcel is posted. Orders being posted to addresses outside of Europe working generally take 10-14 days to arrive.

When we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched.

For UK orders, you will find a tracking number in the email. International orders do not have a tracking number.

We always try to keep you updated on the status of your order so we will send you an email, confirming your order has been received, despatched or returned.

If you live outside the EU, local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country.

Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and no way to predict how much they may be. You may be able to get more information directly from the Customs & Excise office in your country.

Yes, we offer Special Delivery. Your order will arrive the next working day before 1pm, if ordered before 3:30pm. This service is only available to UK delivery addresses and a signature is required upon delivery.

Yes you can. You can do this by adding a delivery address when placing the order on our website.

We try to be speedy on sending your order so sometimes may not be able to change the delivery address, however please always ask and we will do our very best to help.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

If you are not home, the courier will leave a card, which will tell you where and when you can collect the parcel.

Returning sale items is no different to non-sale items, so we just ask that you return them to us unworn (with all labels intact) within 14 days. You can do this free of charge in the UK by either using the free post label included in your order.

If you would like to exchange any items, we don’t charge any additional post and packing on your exchange order.

All returns in the UK are free and you will find a freepost returns address label to use in your order box.

Returning items is really simple, all we ask is that you return them to us unworn, with all labels intact, within 14 days. You can do this free of charge in the UK by either using the freepost label included in your order or by printing a freepost label from our website. Alternatively, you can email us and we will arrange collection. *There will be a fee for this service 

If you are looking to exchange any items no further postage and packaging charges will be incurred. When dropping your return parcel off at the Post Office remember to get a proof of postage receipt just in case the returned parcel doesn’t get to us and then we can still provide you with a refund or exchange.

Yes, we’ll send you an email confirming your refund, so you know when the money should appear in your account or on your statement. If you haven’t registered your email address with us, please make a note on your returns form that you would like to be notified and we will be happy to give you a call or drop you a note to let you know.

We’re really sorry if your order isn’t as it should be as we always try to ensure that the items we send are in perfect condition and of the highest quality.

If you have a faulty item or if there’s anything you’re not happy with, please contact our Customer Services team by email so we can make things right for you as quickly as possible

We always try to process your exchange order within 3 days of receiving your returns at our warehouse. Because we need to allow time for your parcel to be delivered to us and time for the new order to get back to you, it will take around 7-10 working days. If you need an exchange order more quickly than this, please get in touch with us. We’ll place a new order which you’ll need to pay for but we won’t charge your additional post and packing. As soon as we then receive your returns, we’ll refund you for the original order.

If you have a proof of postage from Royal Mail (which we really recommend you get), there will be a tracking number so you can check the progress of the parcel on the way back to us.

You can also check to see if your returns have been received by going to “My Account”, logging in and looking in the My Orders section. This will show you all the returned items that we’ve received.

Yes, it’s absolutely fine for you to put items from different orders in the same parcel and return them together. Please just include the individual returns forms for each item included, along with details of any items you would like in exchange, or let us know if you’d prefer a refund

If you’d like to place an exchange order you can do this by contacting our Customer Services team by email. We will take all the details of the items you’d like in exchange and we’ll be happy to reserve them for you while we wait for your returns to arrive at our warehouse. Alternatively, you can fill in the details on the returns form and we’ll place the exchange order when we receive your paperwork.

You can cancel your order any time before we’ve despatched it to you. You can do this within My Account, just click on Orders & Returns, and if you can cancel your order, you will see a "Cancel Order" button. Simply click this button, and we will email you confirmation of your cancelation once it's processed.
